If you ever need a garage door repair done, choose Precision. This is a company that believes in doing things right the first time, so there is no need for continuous future calls. They believe in quality over quantity. We are so impressed with how Precision runs their business...from their technicians to their work, they are 5 star! David called to alert us that he was on his way, right on time. He came with a stocked truck, ready to do all necessary work that day. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained the whole process to me...answering all of my questions, and asking some of his own. He conducted a very thorough assessment of our system, to pinpoint all problems. He showed me all issues that needed fixing, and then gave us 3 options of fixes to choose from, each with a different price. I chose our package, and then David did all of the work right then. He was honest and courteous, and gave us top of the line parts and service, which came with a lifetime guarantee. He left us with great peace of mind, and very satisfied. Garrett was my technician and did a masterful job of diagnosing the issue that has been going on with my five year old garage door since it was new. The company that installed it, who shall remain nameless. Try to fix it on three different occasions, and was not able. Garrett diagnosed it within 15 minutes of being at my residence Showed me the issue and gave me several different options. The door has never been quieter or worked better.
